The Member Health Coach is responsible for delivering evidence-based and trusted health education and advice designed to improve an individual’s capacity to manage their health and wellbeing.
As a Member Health Coach, you will contribute to HBFs purpose through the provision of evidence based and trusted health education and advice designed to improve an individual's capacity to manage their health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
You will optimise health program initiatives and outcomes by driving awareness and encouraging program uptake from eligible members and referring health professionals.
This opportunity is being offered as full-time or part-time, with a minimum of 3 days per week. This role is Perth based and HBF supports hybrid working arrangements.

We're seeking a knowledgeable allied health professional with experience in providing support to people already diagnosed with a chronic disease or who are at high risk of developing chronic disease. You will bring with you highly developed customer service skills and a holistic approach when providing individual consultation.
